CT in the venous phase shows a lobulated, hypodense tumour in the gastrohepatic ligament (2a), associated with hypodense thickening of the lesser curvature of the stomach, multiple foci of fat interspersed among the soft tissue parts of the lesion and calcifications in its caudal aspect (2b).

Axial contrast-enhanced CT scan showing moderate dilation of the right urinary tract, up to the first segment of the ureter, which is herniated through a hernia in the Grynfeltt–Lesshaft triangle. The ureter is narrowed and exhibits mild ureteral wall thickening (1a, blue arrows), attributed to mild inflammatory changes associated with urinary tract dilation (1a). Images acquired during the late phase demonstrate a delayed elimination of the contrast agent (1b). Left renal agenesis is also observed.
