Non-enhanced CT demonstrating a well-demarked right maxillary mass (4a, 4b). No cortical erosion is seen. Punctiform calcifications and an included are also identified (4a). This lesion extends to the ipsilateral orbit and compresses the ipsilateral nasal cavity (4a). The internal part of the mass is heterogeneous with low-density areas (4b). Level Ib and II enlarged lymph nodes are present (4c).
