Anteroposterior radiograph of the left tibia shows a sharply delineated expansile osteolytic lesion at the middle third of the diaphysis with reactive bone sclerosis and small satellite radiolucent foci in direct continuity with the major lesion.

Coronal and sagittal SE-T1 weighted images demonstrate a central well-defined expansile lesion of homogeneous intermediate signal intensity (asterisk) with small satellite foci (black arrows) and decreased signal in the periphery of the lesion consistent with sclerotic changes (white arrows).

On coronal STIR image, the lesion shows homogeneous high signal intensity.
