Axial pre-contrast and post-contrast multidetector row computed tomography images, showing a well-defined, round lesion arising from the anterior aspect of the gastric antrum. After i.v. contrast medium administration, the lesion shows heterogeneous enhancement with central necrotic areas and peripheral solid tissue. A small satellite lymph node is also identified adjacent to the lesion.
