    Area of Interest: unknown; Imaging Technique: US of both testes;

    A longitudinal ultrasound (US) scan of the left scrotum showed similar findings, except for the hypogenic mass(arrowheads).

    CT revealed a round mass of low density in the right testis with a peripheral rim of calcification. A similar mass was identified in the left pelvic floor.

A transverse ultrasound (US) of the right scrotum demonstrated a hypogenic mass with a rim of calcifications(arrows), with a characteristic acoustic shadow and a hydrocele. The scrotal sac was thickened and the testis had a relatively homogenous texture. The volume of the testis was reduced.

A longitudinal ultrasound (US) scan of the left scrotum showed similar findings, except for the hypogenic mass(arrowheads).
