    Non-contrast-enhanced CT of abdomen
     

    An axial non-contrast-enhanced CT shows a collapsed and very thick-walled gallbladder including a small air-bubble.

    A coronal non-contrast-enhanced CT shows several dilated small bowel loops, mostly in the left side proximal to a rim-calcified stone, located in the hypogastric region.

    A sagittal non-contrast-enhanced CT shows several dilated small bowel loops, with collapsed small bowel loop distal to a rim-calcified stone.
