    Ultrasonography of the right kidney

    demonstrates a large hypo-echoic lesion measuring 7.3 x 4.3 x 6 cm. The right kidney had a diameter of 10.6 cm, the left of 11.1 cm. There was no dilatation of the pelvi-calyceal system.
