    Ga-68-DOTANOC PET/CT showing well defined focal intense avidity in left lobe of thyroid gland. Normal right lobe shows no avidity. No avid cervical lymph nodes/ suspicious avid areas to suggest distant metastasis.

    Whole body MIP image showing focal intense avidity in the site of left lobe of thyroid gland. No other abnormal foci of avidity seen. Normal physiological avidity in pituitary, kidneys, spleen, bladder.
