    Ultrasound examination of the left testicle: In the area of the clinically palpable mass, an anechoic cystic lesion that measured 3 cm is found partially replacing the left epididymis (arrow).

    Ultrasound examination of the right testicle revealed cystic changes in the rete testis region less pronounced compared to the left side; without color flow seen in this region. the right epididymis is normal.
